Women's Formal Alterations

As we transition to 3 kiddos under the age of 4, starting June 12th, 2022 I will be taking a longer break from sewing. I'm not sure if/when I'll be back to taking appointments but I hope to return at some point when the kiddos are a little older. It is bittersweet but we are so excited for this next chapter!
Thank you all so much for the love and
support over the years.
I have loved and felt so privileged to be a part of
your special days, events and lives.

Alter, Create, Repair
I started sewing when I was about 15 years old, and as much as I enjoyed it, I didn't get really into it until 2012. I was 17 and started working as a Seamstress Assistant in a charming, little bridal shop in Pennsburg, PA, just 10 minutes from where I grew up. I worked for the summer and loved learning how to handle wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, prom gowns and more. That Fall, I studied Apparel, Textiles and Design at a private college for a year, after which I returned to the bridal shop and worked for the next two and a half years. I was quickly promoted to Seamstress at the bridal shop and also started sewing from home on the side.
After getting married in January of 2016, I moved to Texas and sewed out of our home for 3 years. Now we are back in Pennsylvania where I am blessed to continue sewing from home part time as I am now a full-time stay at home mom to two, wonderful and wild babes!
From altering and pressing formal wear, to creating custom veils and headpieces. I love what I do, and my hopes are to help you love how you feel in your special occasion dresses, because you deserve to look fabulous!

"Phoebe is a top notch seamstress - Always perfection ! She has done several alterations for me and most recently tailored a men's shirt -- absolutely PERFECT! Thank you Phoebe. If there were more than 5 stars for a rating, you'd get them ALL." ~ Carol W.
