1. Consultations and fittings are by appointment only and the house number/directions will be given once the appointment is scheduled.

2. Shoes are required to be worn during each fitting. Please bring the shoes you plan to wear the day of the event or a shoe with a similar heel height. 

3. Please bring all the accessories (belts/sashes, buttons, appliques, etc.) you wish to add to the gown and any special undergarments (spanx, corset/long-line bra, crinoline slip, etc.) to the first fitting if possible. 

4. A deposit is due at the first fitting and will go towards your total. $40 for wedding gowns and $20 for all other garments. Cash or check is accepted at the fittings, but any remaining balance at the final pickup appointment must be paid in cash. 

5. Consultations are $20 cash. If you'd like to turn the consultation into the first fitting, the consultation fee will be waived and only the $20-$40 cash or check deposit will be due. 

6. Alterations for wedding gowns are recommended to begin 4-8 weeks prior to the  pick up date. Alterations for all other garments are recommended to begin a minimum of 2 weeks before the pick up date.

7. Any appointments outside of the posted hours are subject to a $20 special appointment fee, which will be due at the appointment in addition to the deposit amount. 

8. All services are subject to timing availability. Rush fees may apply to any garments needed in less than the recommended alterations time frame and are as follows:

      ~$20 for less than 4 weeks for wedding gowns, and less than 2 weeks for all other garments.

      ~$30 for 2 weeks or less for wedding gowns, and 1 week or less for all other garments.

      ~ $40 for 1 week or less for wedding gowns, and 3 days or less for all other garments.

      ~$50 for 4 days or less for wedding gowns, and same day pickup for all other garments.
